Terms of Service
Last updated:2026-08-06
Welcome to QAI (myquizai.com). These terms form the agreement between you and this service. By signing in or using the service you agree to all of them; if you do not, please stop using it.
1. What the service is
The service uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions from a topic or material you supply. It also provides an exam zone with mock papers for Taiwan’s CAP, GSAT, AST and VTE examinations, practice and review tools, and an AI teaching assistant called Chilin.
It is a study aid. It is not an educational institution and it guarantees no examination result.
2. Accounts
- Sign-in is via Google only. You must be the rightful holder of that Google account.
- If you are under 18 you need your legal guardian’s consent; if you are under 13, do not register.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share accounts to work around usage limits.
3. Usage limits
To control cost and keep the service usable for everyone, the current limits are:
- Up to 3 quizzes generated per account per day (reset at midnight Taipei time).
- Up to 5 saved quizzes per account; delete one to make room.
- Up to 30 Chilin messages per day.
- Additional per-IP rate limits to prevent abuse.
These numbers may change at any time without individual notice.
4. Your content
- You must have the right to use any material you upload or paste. Do not upload content that infringes copyright.
- Quizzes you generate are stored in your own browser by default; we cannot read them.
- When you choose to publish a quiz, you grant us the rights needed to store, reproduce and publicly transmit that content for the purpose of providing the sharing feature. Unpublishing ends that grant.
- Do not put personal or confidential information in a published quiz.
5. AI-generated content (important)
All questions, answers and explanations are AI-generated and may be wrong.
Several automated audits run on every paper — answers are independently re-solved, items with no correct option or with two defensible answers are deleted, and distractors and visuals are checked — but correctness cannot be guaranteed. Possible failures include a mis-keyed answer, faulty reasoning in an explanation, out-of-syllabus content, material that lags a curriculum update, or a visual that does not match the stem.
Always defer to the official curriculum, your textbooks and official past papers. Do not rely on this service alone to prepare for an examination, and do not treat its output as authoritative teaching material or professional advice.
Chilin is likewise AI-driven. Its replies may be incorrect or incomplete, are limited to academic and app-usage questions, and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
6. Intellectual property and past papers
This service does not reproduce or host any official past examination papers. The past-papers section only links to the official sites of the Research Center for Psychological and Educational Testing, the College Entrance Examination Center and the Technological and Vocational Education Testing Center. Copyright in that material belongs to those bodies.
Mock questions produced here are AI-authored originals, not reproductions of real exam items.
7. Prohibited use
- Accessing the service in bulk via bots or scrapers, or circumventing usage limits.
- Attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or conducting security attacks.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, violent, sexual or hateful content.
- Using the service to cheat in an examination or otherwise breach academic integrity.
- Copying the code or branding to operate a competing service.
8. Advertising
The service may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Ad content is determined by Google and its partners; we are not responsible for that content or for advertisers’ goods and services. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
9. Changes and termination
The service is currently free. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without individual notice. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including disappointing examination results, delayed study progress or data loss.
Note in particular: your quiz data lives in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing device, or using private browsing will lose it permanently. Use the export feature to keep your own copies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.
12. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; the “Last updated” date will change and the revision takes effect on posting. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
